Checking in and Payment
When checking in, you must provide the receptionist with your valid passport or national Identification document for registration purposes. You will pay for your stays up on checking in, and an invoice will provided to you right away. Payments can be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro Cards. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason.
Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages if they are accompanied by parents or guardians. A baby crib can be provided if arranged prior to your arrival.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms
Late arrival procedure
Our reception is open 24 hours. However, please ensure you contact us no later than 23:59 to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy and penalties
Except for the New Year period, our hostel has a 2 day free cancellation policy in which you are allowed to cancel your reservation free of charge if made the latest 48 hours before your arrival. In case of no-show or late cancellation, our hostel will charge you a cancellation fee that is equal to the cost of your first overnight stay for each bed cancelled. This amount will be automatically deducted from your credit card that you provide during the reservation process without any further notification. For the New Year period, however, free cancellation is possible only if made the latest 14 days before your arrival. The New Year Period includes those reservations that include at least one overnight stay in the period from 28th of December to 2nd of January of every year. A cancellation fee equal to the cost of the entire reservation for each bed cancelled will be deducted, if not made within the stated time frame.
Please be ready to leave the accommodation 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. We will provide you with an invoice, payable on departure for any additional services you may have used during your stay.
Eating take away meals and drinking alcohol in the room is not allowed as they can leave after smells and can cause staining if the food comes into contact with linens, mattresses and etc. You can eat and drink in our common rooms. No additional connections of large consumption electrical, heating or cooking devices (e.g. electrical cooker, space heater, toaster and similar) are allowed due to increased fire hazard
All our rooms and common places are smoking free. Smoking is only allowed right in front Hostel Tresor, and cigarette buds should be disposed-off in the appropriate places. Please be advised that there are smoke detectors everywhere in the hostel, and triggering the alarm to go off will have a serious financial consequence. Individuals or groups responsible for such an act will carry all the costs that are associated with it including charges by the fire department.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may ask you to pay for any damages that might have caused.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
